The standard size of A5 paper is 148mm ¡Á 210mm (width ¡Á High. It is obtained by folding the A-type basic size paper 5 times, so the area of an A5 paper is one fifth of the basic paper area to the power of 2, which is 1/32. Due to its size being half that of A4 paper, A5 paper is also commonly referred to as 32 page paper.
In addition to A5 paper, there are other common A-series paper sizes. For example, the size of A3 paper is 420mm ¡Á 297mm, A4 paper size is 297mm ¡Á 210mm, while the smaller A6 paper size is 144mm ¡Á 105mm. These A-series papers of different sizes are very practical in meeting various printing and copying needs.
